At Kartwheel Handicrafts, each order is individually made by local artisans. We aim to dispatch your custom gifts in the shortest possible time while ensuring high-quality standards.

Processing & Lead Time

Because all our items are hand-painted, bead-arranged, and personalized to your specifications, preparation times vary:

• Charms & Keychains: 1 to 2 business days.
• Wooden Sign Boards & Name Plates: 3 to 5 business days (requires curing and base painting).
• Gift Hampers & Customized Decor: 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders above ₹500 across India.
• Orders under ₹500: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹50 is added during checkout.
• Express Delivery: Available upon request at WhatsApp checkout for select metro locations.

Transit & Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our studio in Mumbai, delivery timelines typically are:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote Locations & NE States: 7 to 10 business days.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package is handed over to our delivery partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post), you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also view live status updates directly on our Track Order page.
