1. How do I specify names for custom keychains or boards?

On each custom product detail page, you will find a customization input box (labeled e.g., "Custom Name / Text"). Simply enter the text you would like crafted before clicking "Add to Cart". The custom details are preserved automatically inside your shopping bag.

2. What materials do you use for your wooden signboards?

We use premium, moisture-resistant engineered wood (MDF/HDF) as base structures. They are coated with primer, hand-painted using high-quality acrylic paints, and sealed with a protective waterproof varnish to prevent color fading and water damage.

3. Can I use these name boards outdoors?

Our wooden sign boards are sealed and weather-resistant, making them suitable for covered outdoor areas (like apartment entryways, verandas, or porches). However, prolonged direct exposure to heavy rain or harsh sunlight can reduce their longevity.

4. Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 across most pin codes in India. You can select Cash on Delivery during the checkout step in your cart.

5. How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes between 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Because items are handmade, please also allow 1 to 3 days for our artisans to prepare your order. You can track status updates in real-time on our Track Order page.

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request address changes within 12 hours of placing the order by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or emailing support@kartwheelhandicrafts.com. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot modify the destination.
